12.01.2022 From tiles to tin in Kinglake West, we are removing all the old roof tiles and replacing it with a new Colorbond roof, fascia repairs, new metal fascia wrap and gutters and new gable infills. Later in the year we will be replacing all the existing windows with double glazed aluminium and roller shutters. Should give the house a new look ... Big thanks to Justin and the boys from Smith Roofing for all the roof works, it’s a big job removing all the tiles and sheeting the roof as you go.
