15.01.2022 Used this little system to hospitalise some sick goldfish from a bigger system, used a small water heater to help overcome an ich infection, gradually raised the temp to 28 degrees over a week. this high temperature is a like a tropical paradise for bacteria, and the system has fully cycled in a week. I wonder though, how many will stick about once the heater is turned off...

11.01.2022 Decided to move the trout from ibc system into the big tank, Theyve done a good job but deserve a bit more room. I probably wont stock ibc tanks with fish like trout in the future, funny how views change with experience, this 5000lt tank gives them plenty of room to sprint around, hide, and find there preferred place in the water column, with lots of flow!! Getting a few spring seeds on the go, looking forward to the new growing season to see what we can grow!
