21.01.2022 My job is a consistent reminder of how much I don’t know. In this case, I was lucky enough to spend a day shooting cheese and learning about the cheese making process. I get to shoot with talented people doing their thing, making the world a better place, bringing us the best cheese going round, artisan, handcrafted, made with love . 04.01.2022 Lactose free cheese handcrafted by the folks at @coolamoncheese - absolutely delicious, also good thrown down with some @yarranwines petit Verdot, or a beer or honestly just grab a knife and whittle down half a block while you wait for dinner, which, by the time it’s cooked you aren’t keen on because you just ate a whole block of cheese.
