Very tricky block, bushfire, slope stability and wastewater. 01.01.2022 A project from the past... Mellumbrook was a challenging new design for a steep sloping block. Building with the terrain, the upper levels allow for stunning views...far and beyond, with large, open and modern living spaces taking advantage of this.
