For many of us we believe we have to wait until we get everything just right before we can start something, though the biggest challenge comes from making the decision to start. ... Don’t wait for the time to be just right, decide today to create something, learn a musical instrument write a book or start a new direction that interests you. The Narrative at present is doom & gloom , yet if we can change our perception of it, the view or the way we look at what is happening, we can choose to make an opportunity from it to create and learn something.

24.01.2022 Coaching is about building trust, there is no bigger priority than this, because today's players want to know How, What and Why they are doing something. Educate them, trust this process and trust them for they want to be better. It not enough any more to just say ‘Do this or Do that’!

This is the missing piece that is not developed enough in players at all levels regardless of sport Teach them that their decision-making & skill execution should be instinctive & done without consciously thinking about it. Structure your sessions through the process of ‘Tactical Periodisation’ a system that covers the 4 components of sport, being Tacti...cal, Technical, Physiological & Psychological Why is this important.... well every moment in any game all starts with a tactical decision to execute a technical skill based on a physiological foundation influenced by the psychological emotions of the moment. Are you training this missing piece in your players?

Let’s look past the challenges and the negativity we are confronted with, because there is plenty of that about and look for the positivities we have, while being optimistic about the future. Acknowledge the adversity but let’s also acknowledge the positives as well. You may not see it through your challenges at present, but if we Disrupt the Narrative, and start to look for the good in what is confronting you we may just find something amazing. Stay safe
