20.01.2022 Spring has sprung and summer is now upon us :-) It's a perfect time to have your house looking fresh and clean for Christmas and the summer months. Your painted... surfaces will get a beating again from our hot summer sun again so if your paint is fresh and flexible it will withstand the elements and also be the protection for your house for when winter arrives. A good way to see whether painted surfaces are due for re-coating is to wipe your hand against the paint and if you get a powder on your hand it will be a good time to do some maintenance to protect your house investment. Wash the surface with hot sugar soaped water then rinse with fresh water etc. Washing your home once a year is a very smart thing to do and makes your house paint last longer. My business also offers the services of house soap washing, high pressure concrete and paving clean. This will prolong the paint at times if it hasn't started to deteriorate already from neglect. The pressure cleaning of concrete and pavers will reduce slipping, look fresh, nearly new and as an extra reasonable price you could have the moss spores treated prior to cleaning masonry surfaces preventing it's return to surfaces in Autumn which can make area slippery for walking or driving.
