24.01.2022 As Master Yoda once said ‘Do or do not, there is no try’ When you embark on a weightloss journey or any journey for that matter I hope I can will never wash You have to commit to it 100% ... If it’s important you will make it happen, if not you will make an excuse I remember training someone years ago, they got up at 4am to drive 1hr 5 days a week to get to the exercise session whilst others who were across the road often slept in/cancelled Who got the best results I wonder?? 16.01.2022 It’s all about the food that’s for sure..... 85% of your results will be down to what you eat Even if you think you are eating ‘healthy’ food if we are three times the amount of food we should be eating then the scales won’t move...
