23.01.2022 After 70cm of fresh snow allowing us to open additional lifts and terrain across all 4 resort areas, we’re excited to announce that guests with an Epic Austral...ia Pass, Epic Pass or Epic Military Pass are no longer required to make pass access reservations to visit Perisher. As we continue to monitor COVID-19 and follow advice public health recommendations, we may have to re-introduce pass holder access reservations later if deemed necessary to keep our employees, guests, and communities safe. Guests are requested to stay home if they are not feeling well or are considered high risk and to practice good hygiene and maintain physical distancing while at the resort. For guests without an Epic Australia Pass, Epic Pass or Epic Military Pass, lift tickets need to be purchased in advance. Lift tickets for the coming weeks will be released progressively starting next week. We thank you for your patience as we work through this challenging time. 18.01.2022 The temperatures are dropping and winter has arrived! We most certainly have been feeling the chill at Perisher with great early natural snow falls and the snowguns fired up for the first time. This will really get things going for the 2019 season.

12.01.2022 Here's one of the beautiful neighbours we promise not to introduce you to. Hard to be sure but going by the dark and white scales on the bottom jaw we think it ...may be a Highland Copperhead (always happy to be corrected). To learn more about the Highland Copperhead visit https://australianmuseum.net.au//anim/reptiles/copperhead/ To learn more about Matterhorn Lodge visit https://www.matterhornlodge.com.au/social See more

10.01.2022 Australia's Coolest Music Festival has an awesome line up for 2019 - check them all out at http://peakfestival.com.au/2019-lineup/ We enjoyed "The Water Runners..." who were warming up last week at the Tathra Hotel. Plenty of our favourites also appearing....Mustered Courage, Ash Grunwald, The Groove, Hussy Hicks, and Satin Rose back in Oz from across the ditch. Looking forward to seeing them all and more - PEAK Festival is the stand-out highlight of the winter calendar. See more
