24.01.2022 The face behind the name... For those who don’t know me yet, I’m Mel (Melina) and I’ve created Matters Of The Mind Hypnotherapy from my passion to help and support others. I’m a Master Clinical Hypnotherapist, Master NLP Practitioner, Life and Success Coach. I hold a Diploma of Modern Psychology and am also completing a Diploma in Counselling. ... I’ve been blessed to live on the Sunshine Coast my whole life and I love the relaxed lifestyle Noosa has to offer. I’m currently offering Hypnotherapy sessions from Noosa Acupuncture Clinic in Sunshine Beach each Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30-1:30. I will be expanding my hours in the future and will be looking to create some wellbeing workshops in various areas. Thanks for your support! 23.01.2022 There's been numerous studies on the benefits of expressing gratitude. From improving relationships, to reducing stress, increasing self esteem, to releasing dopamine and serotonin in our brain. The benefits are amazing physically and mentally. When we focus on the good in our life, something as simple as that delicious cup of coffee in the morning can become the focus of a deep gratitude practice; where the beans came from, the hands that harvested it, roasted it, ground it..., packaged it and the amazing journey it's been on to end up in your cup. When we practice gratitude, we find more to be grateful for. I invite you to take time each day to focus your attention on what you're grateful for, whether it be a simple thought process to self, journalling or expressing to others. Today I am grateful for: Where I live, my friends, family and my wonderful clients (And of course the coffee I am sipping) What are you grateful for?
