25.01.2022 Congratulations Mr Standing Over the weekend Mr Standing attended his MF Martial Arts grading on the Sunshine Coast in QLD attempting to earn his Black Belt. In front of Master Weir, Master Canavan & Mr Kent along with all of his fellow instructors he was pushed to his limits and we are proud to say that he smashed it! ... Well done sir and congratulations on becoming a MF Black Belt! We are all looking forward to seeing what the future has in store for you now!

25.01.2022 Congratulations Grading was a huge success! Mr Standing and his Team put the students through a challenging afternoon of drills and technique display for myself and Master Canavan!... Being able to watch on using zoom although it wasn’t preferred it was amazing to say the least. From the attitudes and efforts of all the students to the encouragement and assistance of the family members that made the grading run so smoothly! I am so proud of all you guys and what an amazing team & community that is being created down there! Thankyou all! 22.01.2022 Hey guys, We hope that everyone is doing well through these times of uncertainty and has enjoyed the family time that these last few weeks has provided. Thankyou to everyone that has jumped straight into our zoom classes, they have been a hit and enabled us to continue training and working together staying positive and goal oriented using their time wise wisely..... Now that we are back to schooling and developing new routines within our lives we would like to introduce 2 new opportunities for you and your family to spend this time together productively.. Firstly - As of today 20/04 we have started a new zoom class time for beginners (white belts) where we will be taking on a limited number of new students over these coming weeks and then transitioning back into face to face classes.. Monday - 3/3:45pm all ages and abilities welcomed.. msg the page for zoom details.. Secondly - We are running a fun morning zoom class this will be a martial arts based fitness and stretching session for the entire family to kickstart and prepare the body for the day of sitting that may be ahead! At no extra cost for our families.. Tuesday & Thursday mornings 7:15/8am Msg the page for zoom details If you have any questions please don’t hesitate in asking! 11.01.2022 I would like to take this opportunity to thank and congratulate the northern rivers team on an awesome weekend at the At Matt Fiddes Australian championships. ...Not only am I super proud of each of my students that made the trip this weekend, I am also so happy to see all of the achievements and solid efforts made. Great stuff to the 6 students who attended, We as a team managed to bring home 4 Gold, 2 Silver medalsand 3 Bronze medals. 11.01.2022 Hey guys! It was so good to see many of you on Saturday for our face to face class it was so much fun and we are so excited to be returning! Classes are now back on our regular training afternoon of a Monday! Today’s class will be held outdoors on the fields behind the community pool, with indoor classes to commence next week! ... We understand that for many of you trying to reengage your children after such a long period off can be difficult and they will have many little fears/anxieties about returning and this is totally normal. The best thing to do if you wish for them to return is get them started with very little discussion, let the class itself reignite their interest without the overthinking that their brains can put them through!
