21.01.2022 Another super cool superclass today. Brock is loving these classes and training with the different instructors. Making him more confident and adapting to change. Thank you so much to the brain ninja today, this 1 actually got me a bit upset and emotional. It touched home a little. Thank you so much to Matt Fiddes Australia for organising these brain ninjas to come on and talk to the kids. I know I have got a lot of the talks too.

21.01.2022 What an amazing superclass tonight. Awesome idea. Brock loved it and looking forward to the next 1. Master Weir that warm up was a killer, he didn't have the energy to even shake his legs out after it. And having to use his imagination for the self defence drills 3 and 4 was good.
