25.01.2022 We recently did a creative project supporting a great range of local performers and companies from Tasmania. It goes live this Saturday evening and to celebrate I am on the breakfast show on seafm tomorrow morning having a chat about Tasmanian Music On Track & some of the other exciting projects ahead for the Don River Railway.

24.01.2022 NEW DATES & TICKET OPTION DETAILS Please share & support us. An extremely talented Tasmanian cast were just weeks away from performing at the Devonport The...atre. Unfortunately, the heart breaking but necessary decision was made to postpone the show due to the COVI-19 outbreak. The show provides a unique and professional platform for the almost 100 local performers to showcase their ability and gain new experience from the 6 month rehearsal process. We also have an extensive team and local businesses that have contributed heavily to making it possible. The show is personally funded by the producer souly for the benefit and passion of Performing Arts in Tasmania and the North-West more directly. Specific details will be released Monday regarding the process of exchanges and refund options which will begin this week. We ask that where possible you consider transferring your ticket to the new dates or the option to donate your ticket to the ongoing viability of the performing arts sector, to assist in funding the show and other shows like it into the future. The cast are excited to announce that new dates of February 17th-21st 2021 have been secured and look forward to commencing rehearsals when safe to do so, to ensure this show is well worth the wait! 18.01.2022 We would like to introduce Matt Goss as our first official Event Manager! Matt is an extremely passionate young entrepreneur with endless creativity. His endeav...our to go big and try things outside the box is both ambitious and exciting. Matt has spent much of the past 5 years developing is craft on the North West Coast. Matts family history within the railway stems three generations. His father, Grant and grandfather, Des have been an integral part of the railways almost 50 year history - so it was only naturual that trains would play a part in his life too. "Growing up around the railway has given me a real appreciation for a bygone era. I am excited to bring my two biggest passions together to help showcase the beauty railway experiences can offer." Here they are Show Update: Now that we have passed the worst of the COVID19 crisis and the state is on a positive way to recovery the creative motions are starting back up. We hope to be back into some serious rehearsals a little later in the year. Stay safe and stay tuned for updates and photos once the cast are all back hard at work. Tickets are back on sale and with a few tickets being sold for the first time since the postponement we are thankful for the support.
