15.01.2022 We think what we dont know and we feel what we do. As part of the introduction to the Kelee and Kelee Meditation, students learn the difference between brain function (thinks, analyses, stores memory) and mind function (feels and senses as an objective observer). As you learn to calm brain chatter via this 5 -10min practice, you open to deeper states of awareness associated with mind function. You are also learning the art of detachment. 11.01.2022 Performance means quality or manner of functioning. It is not a question of wether you are functioning or not, you are. A better questions would be, how are you functioning? Being binary beings, there is what you bring to the world with what you know (knowledge) and what you can do (skills). Then there is what you bring to the world with your state of mind. ... Youve heard all your answers are within you, but if you are going to go within, you will need a way to navigate the abstract and non linear nature of the mind. 04.01.2022 Seems to me the most infectious thing right now is fear, which will drain your energy and compromise your immune system, as well, as your actions, more than anything. Stay strong and aware, not just because it is important now, but it is ALWAYS important. You can do that by: Mentally: practice #keleemeditation. This will help you live with more awareness and less fear. This is around 80% of the equation when it comes to health. Download the #keleemeditationapp and start tod...ay. Physically: take care of your sleep, nutrition, daily sunlight, movement, hydration and breathing. My doctor friends tell me Coronavirus is mainly a lung disease and the cytokines that are killing people are the same (IL-6) ones mitigated by the wim hoff breathing method, so if you dont do that already, look into it for extra (physical) strength. Bonus recipe, brew some ginger and blend it with hot water, tumeric, nutmeg, cinnamon, mct oil, grass fed butter, honey and gelatin. keep living your life, with more awareness and less fear, now and always See more

04.01.2022 Every time you do something, you are setting something into motion. But whats driving that motion? It is your state of mind, which can be unconscious or subconscious of what you are setting into motion (ignorant, distracted or reactive from stress or habitual patterns) or consciously aware (present and aware without distraction). It is very difficult to change behaviors without studying whats driving them. All my students, in all fields of performance learn #keleemeditation as part of their holistic development to open their minds to be more consciously aware.
