15.01.2022 Okay why do people do this? How is this fun? Why am I doing this? Is this even allowed?... What day is it? 30 seconds at level 20.. will post again when it’s 60 seconds

11.01.2022 Continuation of my last post; training doesn’t always have to be training. Nothing deep here, last night Margs O'Farrell - Fusion Personal Training and I spent 40 mins talking assorted goodness about the last month of training, health and general progression. Well at least I managed to realistically distract her successfully for about 40 mins until I recall (little hazey here) she looked up at the clock, cursed at me and said we had 5 minutes to squat. So we looked at the bar... I had spent 40 mins of jaw day leaning on and it was loaded with 30kg. Honestly, I looked up at her and never having done this before I just knew it before it need be said. 5 mins of continuous squatting. She mentioned something about tension training and some even bigger words. Realistically, it’s 5 minutes of relentless pain. One of the evilest faces I’ve ever seen right there Now for the record, i am currently training around 7-8x 20-40 min sessions a week so i can afford to mess around a bit Good session great message?¿? 11.01.2022 Quick Update - We have less than 10 weeks left of this year.. wow. I am fairly on target, with around 10kg's left to lose by the end of this year. I've also started a 6 week not challenge of daily habit changing, and one of my habits is to train for 60 minutes a day.... Training for me is varying a lot at the moment (See the comments section for my current training set-up), and I'm excited to share little pieces of it along the way. Here's 1 minute of pad work, of my 60 minutes of exercise for today :)

04.01.2022 Muay Thai has been a game changer for me this year. Unfortunately I don’t have a lot of opportunities to make the classes due to clashes with work times, so It’s often just me and the bag. What you see here is exactly what I’ve been doing for about 9 months. 1 minute on, 1 minute off - sometimes combinations, sometimes skipping, and sometimes freestyle like you see here. This is 9 months progress on the bag - but I don’t train for progress.... This is fun. I love it. I never seem to forget how high my heart rate is.. but I love it, and so hail rain or shine you will see me without fail on this bag day in, day out. Till the jobs done, and beyond
