23.01.2022 Hey everyone, this is a great quick core workout I have put up in the gym and have also decided to share with you In total it should only take you around 12 minutes and you can do this anywhere! Matt's Planks!... Part 1, Normal plank for 30 seconds. Side oblique plank for 30 seconds on each side. Rest for 30 seconds. Do part 1 three times then switch to the next exercises underneath, part 2. Part 2, Hold a plank while lifting one arm up and extending it forward, then putting it back to its starting position. Alternate arms for 30 seconds. Hold a plank while alternating bringing one knee up to your elbow, then putting it back to its starting position. I call this an 'oblique plank crunch', but is also known as a 'spider-man plank'. Alternate legs for 30 seconds. Rest for 30 seconds. Do part 2 three times then you are done!
23.01.2022 Hey friends! Here is a leg workout I have up in the gym for 24fit members to follow that I'd like to share with you all. Consisting of alot of squats and some lunges if your feeling up to it! 5 minute warm up on cardio, i prefer a bike.... Basic bodyweight squats. 10 - 15 reps. 3 sets. Squats with one kettlebell. 10 - 12 reps. 3 sets. Suitcase squats (one kettlebell in each hand) 10 - 12 reps. 3 sets. *Extra* lunges with dumbbells, either stationary or walking. 3 - 5 reps each leg. 3 sets. Finish with bodyweight squats again but hold each rep for 5 seconds once in the squatting position. 8-10 reps. 2 sets. Stretch those legs and butt!
19.01.2022 Hey everyone, I have finaly sorted out the hiring of the school oval and COLA which I will be holding my boot camp on. First session is this week, Thursday. Each session is $10. The session times are:... Thursday morning 6:30am - 7:30am Every second Thursday afternoon 5pm - 6pm starting this Thursday the 13th (ill hopefuly soon make that every Thursday) Sundays 8am - 9am These are the best times I could come up with at the moment. I have the COLA, which is like an outdoor basketball court, in case it rains. I will still hold the boot camp if it rains. You dont need to book the session, just arrive ready to go. I hope these times work for majority you, please let friends know who are also keen! Looking forward to it :) Feel free to message me with any questions about the boot camp!

05.01.2022 Update on my boot camp in strathalbyn. So I have finally got in the max results i can have for my survey and have come up with a few days and times to run my sessions. Ive based the days, times, duration and the price on the most popular results, working around my own schedule. At the moment Im holding the sessions at the strathalbyn high school, back oval.... Sessions will be 1 hour long and $10. Times: Mondays, either 6am -7am. Or 6:30am - 7:30am. Thursdays, either 6am - 7am. Or 6:30am - 7:30am. Sundays, I will be open to suggested times for sunday as I am free most the day. Please comment below if you are interested in attending my boot camp and these times will work for you. I want to do my best to accommodate for everyone. Im happy to run a class on each of the days too if that suits people. I'll possibly make more comments on this post in the comments section so please stay posted :)
