17.01.2022 Don't get too attached to your feelings... 1. Breath more and become aware of what you are feeling 2. Accept your feelings, if you push them away they stay ... 3. Feel your feelings and let them pass through you. Try not to give them too much meaning like 'this must mean I am this kind of person...' it just keeps you in a loop in your head. 4. Practice noticing that feelings and emotions simply move through you. Sometimes feelings and emotions and painful, this is super normal. 5. Don't fear your pain, allow it to move through you. Just like going for a run might be painful every now and then, once you finish the workout, the pain is gone ;) Feelings are not permanent. Holding on causes suffering. Pain is part of life. But if we practice allowing our feelings to pass through us by feeling them, we get everything on the other side of our pain... Joy Passion Creativity Aliveness And... 12.01.2022 Just looked at the internet for 5 mins in a break from a training (I am loving, TCI is the best) and I see post about people on Twitter bagging our Adele for something she was wearing. The world is in crisis. People need to take ownership for the hurt child that lives inside them and heal. So we can stop shaming each other, like its a normal and culturally acceptable thing to do. ... Shaming culture is actually a culture of traumatised people. Never dealing with their own shame and hurt and in turn acting out their pain onto otters. Never. Shame someone. Shame is a death sentence. Suicide is still the biggest killer. We can do better. Its time to grow up. And learn to come from love. Lets get out shit together people!
