Well the details are in and here are the highlights! $25,000 Home Builder Scheme - in addition to First Home Owners Grant (if eligible) Building Contract must be entered into between 04/06/2020 - 31/12/2020 Minimum spend $150,000 - renovations or new builds for owner occupied purpose only (investors not eligible)...
