18.01.2022 Introducing ‘The Bermuda Triangle’. The superset they ruins all other sets. Only 2 others have completed this monstrosity and I haven’t heard or seen them since. It starts with your max leg press x 10, straight into Bulgarian split dumbbell squats at 75% of your max weight for 8 reps each leg. And to put the cherry on top we go straight into hack squats at 50% of your max weight for 12 reps. Repeat this 3 times and if you’re feeling a bit cheeky, add 20kg each time on the l...eg press.
