A big influencing factor in how you move and the best ways for you to move is the bone structure that you possess. This too influences the exercises and movements that you are capable of and are beneficial for you. This is a big reason behind why programming, exercises and techniques utilised should be individualised. In today’s video we answer our first viewer question and briefly delve into how a young man’s bone structure has affected him.
