18.01.2022 We just picked up over 160 mattresses yesterday! That's 120 cubic meters or enough to fill a large swimming pool... Which is a LOT of space saved from landfill. People are still throwing out their old mattresses. Just as well we are here to save them going into the local tip! :)

Yet another way to recycle goods and save them from becoming rubbish. :) Occasionally we do sell foam blocks which go for $5 - $10 generally so please check in if you were interested!

06.01.2022 To celebrate our Facebook comeback, here is a little bit about our company so far. :) Mattress Removal has now been operating for over a year and in that we have diverted and estimated 26,000 - 30,000 mattress from going into landfill. (That's 22,500 square meters!) Wow, just imagine the space we have in the life of a landfill site... Our trucks are often seen on the going back and forth with mattresses we collect from the tip of businesses. Here's one of our trusty well-worn... trucks pictured below. 03.01.2022 What a massive week! We have had over 500 mattresses in a single week. A customer has also just bought 300 rolls of our coir matting and another shipment of foam is flying out the door. :) It's great to be in the recycling game!

But as always, the guys in the factory are fantastic in the way they handle the mattresses. :) We have now been going for over two years and despite some challenges we have progressed and look forward to what this new financial year holds for us!
