Running really fast all the time actually make you slower in the long term and can increase injuries.
14.01.2022 Deadlifts! An exercise I have always struggled with for many of the reasons this guy mentions! Many people just don't do them because of injuries such as lower back, tight hammies etc. But if you can master the technique they can have some massive benefits to your strength levels and correcting these injuries. 04.01.2022 Hey everybody here's a bit about myself and my style of training! About myself: I'm a personal trainer, I love running, strava and working out which I bet you probably guessed! I'm currently completing a double major in Sport and Health Science and Movement Science which has been really amazing to study. I like to keep things fun, exciting and with plenty of challenges thrown into the training I provide. I also like variety and mixing things up so that the body and mind do...n't become dulled, bored or used to the training. Using different variations, exercises and equipment makes sure my clients are improving, avoiding plateaus and are prepared for anything I or life throws at them! My training includes but is not limited to: -Sport Specific Training -Kettlebells -#Crosscore (like TRX Training but way better) -#HIIT -Endurance Training -Core Training -Body weight -#Tabata Training -Running I train outdoors with my clients at a few set locations throughout South Perth or I can come to you.
