19.01.2022 With 2014 right around the corner i just want to thank every one of you guys for your support this year, it's been a huge privilege to be able to work with you all. 2014 will be all about learning new skills, techniques and testing procedures to help keep you guys training and living pain free. 18.01.2022 I've had a couple of people let me know this week that receipts haven't been accepted by their health funds, after some digging it was due to an administration problem with my insurance. Problem is solved, although i've been told it may take up to 6 weeks until receipts can be accepted, so hold on to them!

14.01.2022 No one i know has the time or money to get a massage before every training session. Something we should all do is incorporate a bit of rolling/ stretching/ prehab work to sort out niggles before they become something more serious. Check out this video, an updated version of Joe DeFranco's Agile 8 and see if it makes a difference to any of the lower body niggles you've got.... 09.01.2022 Hi everybody! Just a heads up, with nationals around the corner, and everybody wanting massages, i have found myself completely booked up for the week, and next week is filling up quickly.
