17.01.2022 Very excited to announce that i have won the Major prize in the Icon Water out of the 723 entries, and came second in the peoples choice award! The Major Prize is $2,000 and was awarded to the best overall photo, as determined by the judging panel, which relates to one or more of the themes. The people’s Choice Award was a $1000 prize and awarded to the photo with most likes, comments and shares voted by the public on instagram. I was close to winning but my photo was bypasse...d by the winning photo with a huge amount of likes near the end of the competition. None the less, thank you so much to everyone who put in the time and voted for me! I really appreciate all the support! My image and interview has featured on the homepage of The RiotACT, and it has been shared on City News and a few other websites.
