08.01.2022 Progress Report MP1 & MP2 finished! Lots more work to do!... The hard work on the weights is paying off, the level of compliance to get lean is an eye opener, In part that I didnt give myself enough time leading in at 95% compliance, i was mostly around 85% for most of the year and only knuckled down in the last 6 weeks The reason for that I believe is that I hadn't fully committed to the photoshoot, not being completely happy with my body, I always had in the back of my mind the option of pulling out, It was only until I totally committed for the photoshoot on Nov 24 (photos coming soon) that I set myself new standards The New Standard If I did pull out, what kind of example could i have been for my clients and how could i lead them without being the example first! The fact it is taking time to get to the shape I want is great, it will attract people to our community that have the long term mindset rather than those after an instant transformation, I often see people lose weight or transform their bodies quickly to just revert back where they started, and often worse off, because they hadn't put the time into themselves to change the habits and standards that led them to that point, The lesson here is that you MUST fully commit yourself to something, you can't get out of, that requires you to be in the best shape of your life.
