07.01.2022 "SAFE OUTDOOR TRAINING" Hi all in light of COVID 19" I have made some plans of action for extra outdoor fitness training based sessions on Lionel Watts" "Just g...auging interest at this stage" I am thinking of running 2 x 45 min sessions a week MON 6AM FRIDAY 6AM Monday being Old School Bootcamp , body weight, cardio, core, on the Synthetic - where you will spaced 1.5m apart, use your own towel, in the fresh air , Friday - HIIT - TYPE BOOT CAMP consisting of some outdoor cardio , body weight and some Weights (ill try to bring 12 sets of pump bars / dumbbells ) I will also provide FREE LEATHER WEIGHTLIFTING GLOVES for you to keep and offer hand sanitizer and wipes Cost will be $20 casual visit or $120 month Please let me know if you keen to train safely outdoors regards www.mattyanderson.com.au
