25.01.2022 Had a Toro zero turn ride on to fix. It had a rock in one of the drive pulleys and threw the belt. It also need a service replace both spark plugs, air filter, fuel filter, oil filter, drain and refill oil, replace all 3 blade and replaced the deck belt tensioner pulley spring.

14.01.2022 Last week I recieved a phone call from Pine Rivers Pumas Rugby Union asking to repair a toro z turn that they wanted sell. The previously had another mower repair working on it but the job was never completed. One of the toughest jobs are finishing work some one else has started. You have need to figure what the have done and continue on from there. Once a quick inspection was completed I went ahead and fitted the new carby air filter housing and brackets. Once the motor is filled up with oil tomorrow we will give it a test run and then it will be of to its new owner.

11.01.2022 Today's customer had a issue of his mower not starting plus he wanted a service. As with all serviced engine was replaced along with spark plug( you can see the difference between the old and new) and air filter. Once the service was complete it was time to rectify the fault of not starting. With all engines it needs 3 things spark, compression and fuel. Spark is easily tested by removing the spark plug and placing back in the lead and resting against the engine this allows t...he circuit to be complete. You then pull the starter cord and look and listen for the spark. This mower had good spark. Compression can be tested by the feel of pulling the starter cord with the spark plug back in. It should have some resistance which this did. This leaves fuel. After adjusting the governor I was able to get it started but it would not run for long. This indicates that the fuel jet in the carby is not work correctly. The fuel jet in this carby is fixed so it will need a new carby. See more

02.01.2022 Couple weeks ago my neighbor ask to look at his bike as it had a rattle found it was the starter motor let go of a spring but was still working. But he decide to do a rebuild on the engine so over the last 2 weeks we have been doing a little bit at a time. We are now putting it back together.

01.01.2022 Today I had a customer stating that his mower wasn't running right and would stall when he went to cut. After inspection of the carby i determined that the carby need a clean . Once to carby was removed it was striped down and had a thorough clean. Carby was reinstalled and tested. Mower now runs are correct RPM and doesn't stall when cutting.
