25.01.2022 Our Little Learners been busy making Frozen cookies today and were excited to find some grasshoppers and a special bug in the garden.

25.01.2022 Let's have a party. Today we celebrate Master L 2nd birthday. Our little learners had fun eating party food, doing sensory and bubble play together.

23.01.2022 Our Little Learners had a lovely time at the park this morning. They played at the playground, collect sticks and built a mini campfire . Learning Outcome 4.1 : Children develop dispositions for learning such as curiosity, cooperation, confidence, creativity, commitment, enthusiasm, persistence, imagination and reflexivity.... Evidence : Children express wonder and interest in their environments.

21.01.2022 Our Little Learners had fun at Audra's Place today.

21.01.2022 Our Little Learners had a fantastic time playing outdoors today. They did camping, picking strawberries from the garden, tracing on leaves using crayons and construction play. Learning Outcome 1.1 : Children feel safe, secure, and supported... This is evident when children: confidently explore and engage with social and physical environments through relationships and play.

20.01.2022 It's Nature Play WeekLet's play outside. So much to see in the garden . Our Little Learners saw a caterpillar, butterfly, worms, birds and not forgetting good old grasshoppers . Children made Nature bracelet, putting their choice of flowers and leaves on it. They also made flower arrangement on the playdough.

19.01.2022 It's been another busy week for our Little Learners. We had birthday celebration, harvested our guavas, starfruits and passionfruit. We saw grasshoppers, spiders and geckos in the garden .

18.01.2022 Today our Little Learners had lots of fun celebrating Diwali. They did coloring in, made paper candle, ate Indian sweets and dance .

18.01.2022 To celebrate Mid Autumn Festival, today we made little lanterns and ate Moon Cake. Outcome 2: Children are connected with and contribute to their world. 18.01.2022 Spring is here and our little learners had a great time playing in the garden today. Following up on our discovery of the earthworms in the garden, today we did a worm collage . We talk about the shape and colors of the earthworm.... Learning Outcome: 1.2 Children develop their emerging autonomy, inter-dependence, resilience and sense of agency. This is Evident when children are open to new challenges and discoveries.

18.01.2022 This week our little learners are learning part of Miss M and Master B's Filipino 's culture. Children have been listening to Filipino nursery rhymes, tasted the delicious food, made a hat , coloring in the flag and listen to stories. Partnership ... Extension : We will learn a simple Filipino children song as part of our daily activities.

17.01.2022 Our Little Learners had a lovely time in the garden this morning. They had a picnic in the garden, listening to story time and singing nursery rhymes. We continued with our Filipino week by coloring the Filipino flag and learning about the different colors in the flag.... Learning Outcome 1.1 Children feel safe, secure, and supported Evidence : establish and maintain respectful, trusting relationships with other children and educator. Extension : We will have a teddy bear picnic.

15.01.2022 Flowers, flowers everywhere. Today our little learners experiment painting using different flowers. Miss R did a good job making flower arrangement using flowers, egg carton as the vase and left over playdough . 14.01.2022 Following up on Miss R's interest in worms and butterflies, today we looked at a book showing different types of worms and made a garden picture with butterflies and flowers Learning Outcome 2 Children are connected with and contribute to their world. 14.01.2022 Our Little Learners had fun at Audra's playgroup today. They played with the other children , saw the chickens and the beautiful Canary. 12.01.2022 Following up on the children's interest in picking herbs from the garden, today we planted some mint , cherry tomatoes and basil in pots so children can watch them grow. Learning Outcome 2.4 : Children become socially responsible and show respect for the environment

12.01.2022 Following children's interest in reading books in the garden, today our Wednesday little learners were excited to have their Teddy Bears Picnic . They had cups of Milo with teddy bear biscuit, some cut up fruits , singing and listened to their favourite book from home . Partnership... Learning Outcome 3.1: Children become strong in their social and emotional wellbeing. Through this experience, the children strengthened their sense of belonging, connectedness and wellbeing.

12.01.2022 Follow up on our Master K's interest in playdough, today children helped made some playdough. We talked about what needed to make the playdough and counted how many cups and spoons of ingredients. Learning Outcome 4.2: Children develop a range of skills and processes such as problem solving, inquiry, experimentation, hypothesising, researching and investigating... Children Learning : Science and math .

06.01.2022 It's baby day today. Today our little learners were busy bathing their baby dolls, washing and drying them. Children learnt baby doll need to be undressed before being put in the bath. They also learn to interact in relation to others with empathy and respect by sharing the available resources. Learning Outcome 1: Children has a strong sense of identity. ... 05.01.2022 Our Little Entomologist at work today. They went Nature hunting in the garden looking for insect and bugs. . They found a spider, a unique insect, worms of course and ants .

02.01.2022 Children love being barefoot! When a child walks with bare feet, not only does it improves walking, balancing and movement, it also can provide a range of health benefits. Master S had fun walking bare feet . He experimented walking on the balancing beam.
