24.01.2022 After Liam Dixon smashed out a PB of 4:43 for 400m freestyle at squad training, his brother Monty Dixon completed a wetsuit removal challenge in 5.7 seconds! Super progress. All squad level swimmers who want to train during the Easter holidays can join the adult squad on Wednesday mornings 6am. PM our team.

01.01.2022 Swimming Technique Analysis with Eric West. We identified over 20 areas of improvement and also monitored stroke rate and stroke count at race pace. After sifting through his current training plan, we recommended major program changes to ensure he continues to improve. We also discussed mobility after completing ROM tests. After the video analysis, Eric went back into the pool and performed drills to correct the issues from the video. Best of luck in your 70.3 event Eric, we cannot wait to see how much your swim improves!
