In 2012, 6000 years of history was shipped off to King Valley, Victoria, Australia. Via La Mora Saperavi spent 16 months on the skins, seed and stems underground. Saperavi was grafted onto Cabernet vines in 2003 where it was planted in the mid 80s.... Only 590 bottles made. Tasted in a Zalto Glass made the experience fantastic.
