25.01.2022 Her right eye was rolled up her head and all I could see was white. I just knew that was really bad. Audrey was just 2 years old when she became unwell. Her ...mother Claudine noticed something wasn’t quite right with her daughter after her daily nap. She called an ambulance straight away. They discovered that Audrey had a tumor behind her eye. Because it was so far developed, they had to remove her eye. Audrey now has a prosthetic glass eye. With constant check-ups and tests, Audrey missed out on being a kid. That’s why her wish is so important to help her get back some of the fun she missed. Audrey loves to draw rockets flying over snowy mountains and wishes to launch her own rocket on a snowy mountain. 25.01.2022 SPREAD THE NEWS!!! We very excitedly have been selected as the charity partner for Tomra's Return and Earn scheme in NSW for the next 3 months starting today!! For those who recycle or know someone who does please spread the news. Every bottle that is recycled between now and 25th November at a reverse vending machine you can opt to donate your 10c per bottle to Make-A-Wish :) If you are not sure of your closest location please visit https://returnandearn.org.au/ and type in ...your suburb. There are over 600 locations throughout NSW! We are aware that some people have their refunds allocated to their paypals but if everyone selects to donate for the next 3 months that could make a huge impact to allow us to grant many much needed wishes. 24.01.2022 He could have been in pain for such a long time, and he was just used to it. He thought this was life. Little Jasper was just 9 months old when he was diagnos...ed with an aggressive form of cancer in both of his kidneys. He underwent a series of medical treatments. Both of his kidneys were removed and he later received a kidney transplant. This brave boy’s life was full of pain and frustration. He spent hours looking at photos of animals but was never able to see them in real life. Now Jasper’s wish to see a farm has come true. For seriously ill children like Jasper, the world outside the hospital doesn’t exist. But together, we can make the impossible, possible for kids like Jasper. 10.01.2022 B e a d s O f L o v e On Saturday night our friend Sammie went to heaven. We had a discussion when Sammie first relapsed with Leukaemia earlier in the year,... Ozzie decided he wanted to do some ‘no love, no fear’ beads for him. Undoubtedly his family need some support during this time. We know it’s a tough time for everyone so we made some beaded jewellery to sell. Necklace and bracelets a few different colours and styles. They don’t have names Ozzie just said they are all for love. They are $12 for the set + $3 for postage. Much love Alana & Ozzie DM to order, we have some made already to post.
