19.01.2022 At our surgery we offer a rang of services, we offer diabetic care plans, chronic pain care plans and asthma care plans, people who are eligable for these care plans will then get 5 FREE visits to allied health service ( physio, podiatry, dietician just to name a few) we also offer mental health care plans and that entitles you to 10 FREE visits to a psychologist. if you have and questions regarding any of these care plans please contact the surgery on 8262 3222 and we will be happy to help with any extra information you would like. http://www.mawsonlakesdns.com.au/

15.01.2022 We are ordering our flu vaccines today and expect them to arrive early April we are offering free flu vaccines to our patients this year and also a free blood pressure check. The Health Kids Check is delivered in conjunction with the 4 year old immunisation. It is an assessment of your child’s health, general well-being and development, with the purpose of initiating medical interventions as appropriate.... 07.01.2022 Mawson Lakes day and Night surgery is pleased to announce that the next Plaquecheck screening will be Monday 2nd May between 9 am and 6pm This is a valuable way of checking for any build up of harmful Plaque in major arteries , which can lead to stroke or other arterial disease. It only takes 10-15 minutes, and involves scanning of neck abdomen and lower legs plus assessment of blood flow to legs. This is not just for our patients, we are happy to offer this screening to pa...tients from any Clinics and reports will be provided to the patients usual GP. Plaquecheck will have a Doctor on site to refer, interpret and offer explanation of report. All patients receive a copy of the results in a folder to keep and a report will be sent to usual GP. If any private patients who wish to have immunisation ,but are not covered by Medicare or health insurance, we will offer vaccines at a cost of $21 for vaccine and a complimentary health check.
