18.01.2022 The Thermoshutter is a new horizontal air curtain developed by MAYEKAWA for cold rooms, industrial freezers and coolers. With conventional air curtains, cooling air flowed out from only one direction, and the edge of the air curtain became weak. The air flow pattern of the Thermo Shutter is horizontal and from both sides, so the pressure is the same around the entire threshold resulting in a more effective barrier. Installing the Thermo shutter saves energy, improves the quality of stored products, is hygienic and reduces investment on new equipment.

02.01.2022 This is our RAPIDMAX Plus installed for one of our customers, Primo Moraitis, in Sydney. This was the 59th RAPIDMAX we built (circa 2012). An amazing statistic was identified when we pulled our standard data from the controller for the purposes of completing our Service Report: this door has completed 1,730,050 cycles, and counting! Primo Moraitis have 10 of our doors installed 9 x RAPIDMAX AND 1 x SHUTTERMAX. We were given the opportunity to supply Primo with our product ...back in 2012 when their normal supplier couldn’t meet a short delivery deadline (the benefits of Max Doors manufacturing here in Australia). This door is still running as well as the first day it was installed. One very happy customer and a testament to the durability of our doors.
