25.01.2022 We have done a lot of work in this part of Subiaco. Interestingly all the streets are named after Irish places.. Dublin close, Edenderry terrace, Tipperary mews.. This is in honour of the Irish nuns who founded a monastery here and served the community. I feel they have been shining some blessings down on us

23.01.2022 So much preparation went into this home, firstly sanding back the weatherboards before applying 1x coat of Dulux Total Prep and 2x coats of Dulux Weathershield. Filling and sanding in between. Worth it in the end though
