01.01.2022 Hi Everyone, So tonight I made an onion and bacon quiche. No pastry! The circular onion slices and bacon were pan fried in olive oil. Meanwhile I mixed 8 eggs, 300ml of Bulla cream, added freshly chopped parsley, a sprinkle salt and pepper. I whisked it until it was aerated. I placed the onion rings and bacon on the base of a baking dish, poured the mixture on top and placed it into a hot oven at 220 C and watched is double in height. It was ready on about 20 mins. Whilst it was cooking a sliced a sweet potato and a Pontiac potato into chips and deep fried them in a shallow saucepan of olive oil. I cleaned and sliced two baby cos lettuces, added olive oil and salt for dressing and served it all up. Preparation time to eating...about 30 mins. Too easy. Let me know of you have any questions.
