Sitz baths are an ancient way to support conditions such as hemorrhoids, post birth tearing, period pain, prostate issues and they are absolutely fantastic for endometriosis and pelvic pain. Here is one of my recommended blends for endometriosis and pelvic congestion conditions that you put in a hot sitz bath.
