23.01.2022 Exercise is such an important aspect in keeping a healthy mind and body. It helps to keep us motivated and releases endorphins that helps improve our mood. Even if its just a short 10 minute brisk walk in the morning before work, it can make a big difference to your welleing and health. Keep moving people!

21.01.2022 @maximize.performance had the pleasure of attending the @chads.legacy Beyond the Game conference over the past two days in Sydney, Darling Harbour, a the @daltone_house . What a great event and all for a good cause in the name of charity. Listening to speakers from the various sports, professions, and backgrounds, discussing all things mental health in sport, and connecting with like-minded people, just showed that there is already some great work happening in the mental hea...lth and wellbeing space in elite sport. Thank you and again congratulations to @chads.legacy for your hospitality at the Beyond the Game conference. We are looking forward to attending the next annual event. It was also awesome to hear from organisations such as @rugbyplayersaus @australian_institute_of_sport @rugbyau @nrl @rlplayers @aflplayers @aca_players @playersvoice being heavily invested in the mental health space in sport for our athletes. Congratulations again @chads.legacy for putting on such a successful event. We are definitely looking forward to the next successful one in 2019. @ Darling Island Wharf- Doltone House

Guest speakers from the @australian_institute_of_sport @nrl @rlplayers @cricketaustralia @afl and @rugbyplayersaus @rugbycomau will all be presenting on key issues around mental health and wellbeing of athletes. Our psychologist Shane Senituli from @maximize.performance is looking forward to the next two couple of days in Sydney at the @doltonehouse for the Beyond the Game Conference.

15.01.2022 What a great night attending the @australianrugbyfoundation Brisbane Leadership Series Event at the Port Office Hotel. It was fantastic to hear from Raelene Castle, David Croft, Rod Kafer and Mollie Gray, as they discussed leadership styles and the similarities between leadership and sport, and to also network with like-minded people. I didnt get a chance to take a photo during the busy night, so credit to the Australian Rugby Foundation for the pic.

Just like you may go to the gym, physio, and eat well, to keep up our physical health, we need to start looking at our mental health the same. ...
