11.01.2022 New Date Change Announced. Maximum Occupancy 2021 is back... in 2022! We have been waiting and hoping that there would be some certainty announced that would allow us to commit to holding MO in December. Yet, after 80+ days with no clear idea of when Auckland will be out of lockdown, we have worked with the venue and decided to move Maximum Occupancy to Tuesday, March 1st and Wednesday March 2nd, 2022. ... What we do know is that 2022 will open a new chapter for our industry and we absolutely need to reunite in person and share great ideas and pathways forward as soon as possible! Maximum Occupancy will be a vaccinated event and vaccine certificates will be required. This will provide us more certainty around being able to hold the event and we will be following the guidelines from the venue and also the amazing team at BEIA NZ. Once again, we thank you for your relentless support and patience over the course of 2021. Please stay tuned for more updates regarding the speaker lineup and agenda! We look forward to welcoming you to the conference floor in March. #maximumoccupancy #hotelconference #accommodationindustry #newdate #newzealand #auckland

04.12.2021 In the light of the current situation and just announced Government lockdown, it is with a heavy heart that we have been forced to the postpone Maximum Occupancy New Zealand conference to a later date to be confirmed in 2021. Postponing the conference enables us to provide an experience in a safe environment, as the health and safety of our delegates, speakers, staff and partners are our number one priority. We know as an industry facing so many challenges currently, it is im...portant to be resilient and stick together. Great things happen when the community comes together and connects at the Maximum Occupancy. And our postponed event will be even more important to allow us to discuss the challenge at hand and how to band together for a better recovery. We know it is a very challenging time for everyone and we appreciate your understanding and support. In the meantime, stay safe, healthy, and resilient. We encourage everyone to follow the guidance of the Government. We will let you know of the new dates for the conference shortly.
