20.01.2022 What a day we have had, thank you to all of our amazing customers that came out to support us tonight! Due to popular demand we are heading back tomorrow night! We also want to send a huge thank you out to Channel 7's Sunrise.... We were lucky enough to kick off the day at 4.45am this morning, preparing for our TV Debut! We were asked to be part of the Virtual Tour of Australia, with Sam Mac' We had an absolute blast, thank you Sunrise, Sam Mac and Sean Flynn.

Safeguarding the health of the communities in which we live and work is of paramount importance. We wanted to let you know the steps we are taking at Maxine’s Bak...ed Potatoes to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all. We have implemented a COVID-19 health plan in addition to our regular health and hygiene practices, including the following: Additional hospital grade sanitation of the all areas of the catering van at regular intervals Encouraging increased use of cashless/touchless pay methods Disposable gloves to be used and changed regularly Employees are temperature checked at least 4m from our vans prior to commencing work Re-training of hand-washing techniques with staff, including the recommended 90 second thorough hand scrub routine which has been implemented Our vans’ serving windows have always provided us and the public a safe distance apart, which now also complies with social distancing measures that are being strongly encouraged. As a small business, we are able to pivot quickly to adjust to the uncharted waters we are all facing, while maintaining strict health and safety precautions. Yes, the events have been cancelled, but Maxine’s Baked Potatoes are still available for your company lunches, and any private event that complies with the government regulations.
