25.01.2022 So proud of my clients who did so well in this tough year when it would’ve been easy to roll over - but instead we stayed tough and became even better! Here’s some words from a few of them about their year... If you’re wanting to seriously change your life for the better, there’s no better time to start than now and I’d love to help

24.01.2022 Return of the gyms - Giveaway Time Simply share this post as your story, and make sure to mention @maxpotentialfitness to go in the running to win FREE PT SESH’s Easy as that, can’t wait to see everyone back training again

18.01.2022 Our free fitness classes kicked off last week! Would love to see as many people as possible down here each Friday morning at 9:30am! Toms Park - Rosenthal Blvd. Bring a fitness mat, towel, water and positive attitude

14.01.2022 For those that don’t know, my goals are not to get massive (crazy for a PT, right!? ) My goals consist of staying lean and fit enough to hit this fuzzy yellow thing for hours on end without cramping or needing pickle juice . Do I have a 200kg deadlift or 110kg bench.. not quite ... Does that mean I can’t help then general population lose fat, gain muscle, build strength and feel mentally strong!? Not at all. Does it mean that I haven’t pushed myself in various types of training and eating to understand what my clients go through.. No again.. Results of clients will come with a mix of education, experience, trust and communication - not just from being huge but hey if you are, well done to you Moral of this story, you can’t always judge a PT by the cover . A range of trainers will be able to get you the results you’re after. A range of trainers might not be able to get you the results you’re after. Choose one that you trust, cares about your progression and has a proven record of achieving results.

14.01.2022 Shoutout to all of my clients who haven’t let excuses get in the way of their training/goals during Iso! Plenty of people have fallen off the bandwagon especially during the second lockdown, which is okay - we can jump back on the bandwagon! But that’s what makes staying disciplined through this time all the more commendable, tough times don’t last, but tough people do Finally gyms will hopefully be back open for good in a little over a week, although I think coming int...o some nicer weather a few clients and I will actually continue the outdoor sessions! If you need to get back into some training at either the gym or outdoors, don’t hesitate to see if I can help you with your goals.

10.01.2022 Your new F45 Gisborne trainer We are very very close to being able to open up the studio doors in Gisborne and I can’t wait to smash these tough morning workouts with anyone attending!! I’ll still be PT’ing out of the beloved Powerhouse during the days/afternoons/nights so not to worry, everyone can get some Who’s ready to piss this year off and get summer training underway

07.01.2022 The weather has not been kind for our debut session - let’s hope for next week!!

04.01.2022 Something very exciting for the Sunbury community! Free fitness classes for all levels - at Tom’s Park in the Rosenthal Estate (corner of Rosenthal Blvd. and Budburst Drive). Bring a towel, fitness mat, water bottle and a good energy ready to workout Starts Friday 29th Jan, 9:30am for a 40min class. ... Look forward to seeing you there!!

03.01.2022 Consistency is king What you’re looking for is DISCIPLINE, not motivation If athletes or the ones at the top waited for motivation, they wouldn’t be at the top!! The ones who succeed are the ones who just go out and get shit done, regardless of if they feel like it or not.. because they have a goal. ... A couple of healthy meals and a few workouts won’t achieve your goals, just as a couple of bad meals and a missed session here and there won’t undo your good work. Whatever choices you make on a consistent regular basis will determine your progress, never forget that Ange has remained disciplined and consistent not only the past few months but the last couple of years that we’ve been training. During Covid she’s gotten fitter than she was before and maintained her strength, turning up week in week out with no complaints! Over the past couple of years she’s achieved many different goals from weight loss, fat loss, lean muscle building, strength and fitness - how? Because she puts in the work. At times when she doesn’t, I let her know and she’s back on track Moral of the story, be like Ange.

02.01.2022 Nothing educational here. Just a message to stay consistent and work hard towards your goals if you actually want to achieve them. Currently doing 3x resistance based sessions per week and 2x conditioning based sessions per week and enjoying it. Find what works for you. A real mixed bag of music here too #conditioningday
