They are all ...treasured members of the Ranvet family. This week we are showcasing our very first Junior Ambassador to join the Ranvet team almost two years ago- Sharne Haskins. Sharne mainly competes Oliver in Dressage, however he is also a very talented Pony Club horse who enjoys jumping and Mounted Games. Sharne lives with her family in Richmond where her mum manages Hobartville Stud. Only ONE SPOT left...we need riders though and they get to have free riding lessons and possibly even assessments if they're doing the Riding certificates. 18.01.2022 The last of the EA Orientation to Coaching Pathways Zoom meeting is on NEXT MONDAY 13th July. Then we start the work towards actual Coaching accreditation! These will consist of online workshops to cover the theory part of your coaching resources prior to some face to face training and assessment days. Course tailored to suit individual needs, choose the workshops you wish to attend and get support along the way.

13.01.2022 Last of the Orientation to Coaching/Updating workshops done last Monday and 26 new candidates on their way to accreditation or upgrading. Now we get stuck into the training! Zoom worked REALLY well and it's opened up a whole new way of training. This doesn't mean there won't be any face to face or practical training, far from it. But a lot of the theory stuff can be covered and then candidates will potentially be better prepped prior to starting to coach. 12.01.2022 I taught at one of these amazing camps a couple of years ago and I LOVED it. Everyone involved in this is inspirational, from the students to the driving force behind it Julia Battams. Looking forward to working with them again at the end of February.

10.01.2022 I am currently organising an online "Orientation to EA Education" workshop. This workshop is a COMPULSORY REQUIREMENT for ALL candidates looking to do their Equestrian Australia Coaching certificates at any level, including those looking for accelerated assessment. You can also attend prior to registering as a candidate as it will give you a clear idea of the what, why and how of becoming an accredited coach so you can make an informed decision as to how or whether to continu...e. No pre-requisites or memberships required, just an interest and possibly some questions that need answers! Date, time and medium used TBC but will be via Zoom or similar. Details should be out within a week. FYI I am a L2 General & Dressage specialist, a Coach Educator and have been running training courses for coaches for over 20 years with candidates training with myself and other top Coach Educators in their specialised disciplines. The course will include practical and theory training and assessments in: Coach Observation Risk Management Practical teaching tasks Pre-Requisites to attend: Attendance at EA Pathways to Education. Current EA membership. Pre-requisites for eligibility to be signed off on teaching tasks: COMPETANCY! Riding & Horse Management certificates completed at appropriate level.
