Since then he has been honing an impressive drink style that perfectly marries classic composition and vogue ingredients. 23.01.2022 To kick off our #melbournemaybe series, it seems only fitting that we play host to a bar very close to our heart @blackpearlfitzroy partnered with us for our first ever collab night, way back in 2016. They are the absolute pinnacle of service and vibe when it comes to cocktail bars. They have amassed far too many awards to name in their 18 years of life (yep. 18 years) and we are so proud to be serving a selection of their cocktails this Sunday.
