22.01.2022 Hiring in Port Augusta Mayhem Fitness is looking to hire 1x Personal Trainer (PT) - Permanent or part time ... 1x group instructor (casual) - 6am -7:30am - 5:40pm - 7pm Mayhem Fitness is looking for trainers to join us. You will report to the directors weekly, weekly tasks to maintain and up skill, apply initiatives and enjoy every session because if your bored the client is bored! Responsibilities: -deliver weight and aerobic based training to PT clients and be there for them 24/7 -educate clients on nutrition is a must - deliver amazing army/military style bootcamps to eager members looking to get the best out of themselves - motivate and coach members so that they get real results from their training and know them by name! - promote an energetic and fun vibe to make Mayhem Fitness a brilliant training environment for our clients. Requirements for Success: - confident, energetic, good communicator and great at public speaking - ability to identify and correct form/technique issues at every fitness level - experience delivering progress programs to achieve an end state goal for bootcamps - A genuine and demonstrated passion for health and fitness in yourself and others - great time management and organisation skills. Qualification requirements: * Minimum Cert III / IV Fitness * Current first aid and CPR certification; * ABN * Drivers licence * All necessary insurances Desirable: * Level 1 Boxing * Bootcamp qualifications * ASCA Level 1 or 2 * Three years' experience in the fitness industry ideally leading or instructing group fitness Applicants will be required to undergo a functional assessment and be assessed as being able to meet the functional requirements of the position. You will be contracted to Mayhem Fitness and pay will be determined by experience and qualification. Mayhem Fitness will be covering rent, all u have to do is train and build a client base and attend to clients in a timely manner. Calories: 368, Protein: 30g, Carbs: 37g Fats: 11g. INGREDIENTS: 7.1g Butter 11g Honey 4.7g Curry Powder 16g Dijon Mustard 112 1/2g Chicken Breast 23g Brown Rice 25g Green Beans 18g Peas 1/4 Medium Onions (28g) DIRECTIONS: 1. Preheat oven to 180deg. 2. Heat butter, honey, dijon mustard and curry together in a pan. 3. Place chicken and veg in a baking dish and pour sauce over chicken. 4. Bake for 50-55mins. 5. Have with 1/2 cup 90sce brown rice. Enjoy!
