23.01.2022 This is a controversial topic, but I find out it works for me. You can use an aggressive circular sawblade to cut chipboard, formply or melamine with no to very least chip out. By raising up the blade height to about 2/3 of the carbide tooth, then when they exist the cut the shear angle would act as a shaving blade instead of knocking chip out. The best method is to experiment with the height and speed of feeding material. You can also work with math to find optimum hei...ght, (that is why in all professional sawblades come with hook angle written on them). I use math and guesswork and find out that both would work well. However, these sin, cos, tan equation may kill your brain . So, guesswork is faster I used 24 tooth Freud blades with Flat Top (FTG)- 13 degree, this is a hardwood ripping blade. BE VERY CAREFUL when trying this because cutting at low raise blade will have more kick back potential, only do what you are confident with. Disclaimer: I have a very good chipboard blade but if I only need to do a few cuts then it’s not worth to change the blade. What work for me may not work for you. Let me know what you think?

19.01.2022 Sanding is fun said no woodworker ever Nevertheless, if you desire to make a high-end piece of furniture, you then have to spend more time on sanding whatsoever. There are no shortcuts. Sanding, on other hands, would lead to a magical moment, and that is when applying the final finish. On social media we usually see a ton of videos and photos of satisfaction when the final coat is carried on, but 99% of work is prior to that moment. ... The more projects I have done, the more pleasant I found it during this part of the process. I may be weird, but throughout the process I am able to touch and feel the raw timber for the last time, before it’s forever covered by the final coats. To me this is the bond of perfection and the touch of goodbye and good wishes. And please do not mind my ‘fashun’ in this video, I know you’re not here for that

09.01.2022 Where we've been assisting your enquiries every day. This desk design was ordered from the wife and now is beautifully settled at our home. Unfortunately, my original plan for this design was not approved by the wife when I was attempted to create this desk into a triangle shape (perhaps not practical but I love good challenges!).... Anyway, this doesn't look too bad. #desk #deskdecor #desksetup #deskinspo #deskart #deskspace #workingdesk #workingspace #officedesk #officedesign #office #tasmaniafurniture #tasmania #hobartfurniture #tasmaniaproduce #tasmanianmade #tasmanianoak #tasmanianbusiness #tasmanianarchitecture #tasmaniancustomjoinery #mayhousetimber #customfurniture #bespokefurniture #tasmanianoak
