20.01.2022 Guess what?!! In Ethiopia on October 5th a couple of these great guns will join experienced dancers with physical disabilities for a performance at a US Embassy inclusive fashion show event!

19.01.2022 Only a few months in and already our youth dance class in Ethiopia put on a performance! Dance teacher Amanuel is working with them every week and was thrilled to see them giving it a great go in their first performance.

06.01.2022 Happy International Day of People with Disabilities! Here at Mayibuye our Cambodia team and our Ethiopian team (pictured) have physical disabilities and enjoy teaching youth our dance and life skills program. Alongside teaching youth the Mayibuye program they are also raising awareness of disability in the community, working to change misconceptions about disability. Thanks today goes out especially to our Cambodian and Ethiopian teams for all your hard work :)

03.01.2022 CONGRATULATIONS to the Ethiopian Mayibuye youth on their first big public performance!!! Enjoy a few snippets of the performance The performance on October 5 at the Hilton Hotel in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia was a huge success. 3 youth from the Mayibuye program performed alongside dance trainer Amanuel and 6 other experienced dancers with disabilities from Katim Dance Team. The performance was part of an inclusive fashion show and was well recieved with a standing ovation by the audience of 400. *sorry for the quality of the video, internet is not so strong here in Ethiopia :/
