23.01.2022 Telstra - All the bad things that you've heard are true. We've all heard stories of other people's disasters with Telstra; long delays in connecting a new service, hours on the phone being duck-shoved from one department to another, no one taking responsibility; and in the back of your mind you're telling yourself that it must be an isolated case and that it couldn't happen to you. Well hello, we moved office 12th October and booked Telsta for the 11th to connect the phones,... internet and computers (all part of the same VOIP system). Telstra cancelled the appointment with no notice and no offer for a replacement appointment - something about those taking the booking never checking the availability of those who do the work so there is a culture of overbooking. Pity about the poor businesses that can't operate because Telstra can't get their logistics right. So we faced a situation of no phone, no internet, no computers and no date for a fix. After decades on the phone and multiple escalations, a new appointment is secured for Friday 18th; they turned up and supposedly completed the installation. Monday - all good, Tuesday - No incoming calls and Telstra couldn't even divert the calls to our mobiles, Wednesday the same; Wednesday arvo, after 3 hours 15 minutes on the phone, all looks good again, Thursday - No incoming calls again. So to all our clients, sorry that you can't get through - we are onto it and won't stop until it's fixed. If you can't get through, dial 0401 216 045 or my personal mobile 0413 749 463.

22.01.2022 Amanda and Noel are extremely excited to announce that as of the 14th October 2019, May Klye & Associates will be relocating to our new office at 314A Bay Road Cheltenham 3192, just near Reserve Road. Weve outgrown our rather cramped offices and are moving to much bigger premises with our own boardroom, meeting room and client seminar facilities.
