23.01.2022 A few tips from our team to help with comfortable sleeping positions Try to avoid sleeping on your stomach if possible as your head will be turned which can be very hard on the neck and low back The best way to sleep is usually on your side or on your back. If experiencing back or leg pain a pillow between your knees while on your side can be very relieving ... To improve comfort when lying on your back in bed, place a pillow under the knees to soften the arch of the lower back To find out more or to book a treatment, visit our website https://maylandsphysio.com.au or call 08 9272 1500

06.01.2022 Fridays are for great tips from our physiotherapists 'When Standing weight of body should be 50% on each foot (dont prop on one leg), this torsions the pelvis and creates a leg length difference which is not good for the low back.
