20.01.2022 4 is the number... Yesterday the Premier announced the easing of the restrictions on outdoor gatherings. From today, each tee time will be permitted to have up to 4 players. Bookings are still compulsory.... This replaces the previous restriction of 2 players per time. There will be a bit of an adjustment over the next 7 days, we ask that you be patient at the facility as there will be more people around - make sure you are following all the rules that have become a part of our society - we have had strict distancing requirements in effect for over 5 weeks now to guarantee your safety and our staff members' safety, and these requirements should now be habitual. We remind all players to adhere to directions from staff, any non-compliance will result in removal from the facility. Maylands Peninsula Golf Course is here to provide the community with a safe and compliant venue for physical exercise and outdoor activity.

After yesterday's announcements from the Prime Minister, we have adjusted our operations to ensure we are able to provide a safe and compliant facility for personal exercise to be conducted by the community. Effective immediately: ... - single players only (unless you normally reside together). - bookings are now compulsory, please do not walk in for a game, you must call or book online prior to arrival. We ask that you respect these adjustments, we are trying our hardest to remain compliant as the situation continues to change and offer a place for the community to get their personal exercise. 10.01.2022 18/3/2020 - In light of today’s announcement by the PM, we are taking several measures to ensure our facility is able to operate safely and offer you a place to visit when many will be unavailable. A few points when visiting next time: - tee times will be spread to 10 minute intervals instead of 7 minutes - range spacing will be increased to 2.5m between bays... - please respect people’s space and keep 1.5m from your fellow golfers - please avoid taking the flag out when putting We do ask that despite these adjustments that you still continue to support us at this time, our wide open spaces are one of the safer places for you to come and spend some of your day and escape the bubble!

04.01.2022 The grass is greener on the other side. In light of the most recent government announcements, we can confirm we are still trading, albeit with a few adjustments. We will keep you informed if we are closing. Everyone should now be aware that the way we go about our business will be different to how we have done things in the past.... The Swanbank Bar and Cafe is now only permitted to conduct takeaway service. We are keeping this takeaway food service open every morning in a limited capacity, with beverages available for consumption on the course still available. The driving range has been spaced out to give enough spacing for you to continue to practice your game in a safe manner. When you visit next, please respect the guidelines set out by health and government authorities, in addition we would ask: - only one person at the counter at a time, keep your distance - you book your game online or via phone Please continue to visit us, we rely on golfers to keep us employed and provide you with a safe place to temporarily escape the tough time that we are all enduring.
