21.01.2022 Launch day For the last 12 months I have been chipping away at this project and what a journey and privilege it has been. Snow is in its 70th year of operation.... You can’t do a project of this scale solo. Designers, suppliers, those good people that have done this before and opened their doors, my amazing family and of course David and Peter for the trust they put in me.... 19.01.2022 What a day!! Happy Birthday to this AMAZING girl We even managed to get away and enjoy a beautiful lunch in Brisbane! Maybe with our phones out but it was for something very important to us. Today was so special. Not only to celebrate Kate’s Birthday but together we got involved in Youngcare’s first ever Giving Day.... We had a goal to raise $3,000. We hit $5,000 in literally 10 minutes We increased our goal to $6000, we upped it again to $10,000 and felt bold this afternoon and increased it again to $15,000. Blown away that every time we increased it people kept generously giving. We have set one final target and that is to raise $20,000 and as I write this we are just $1,601 away from this target. Doing this all with Kate has been the best of fun! Thank you to every single person who supported us today but importantly supported Youngcare. 03.01.2022 Buyer: I need a very large shed? Me: 4,5 or 6 car parking? Buyer: 13! Me: ... I have been helping Neville and Gemma these last 5 months look for a home. They currently live in Tamworth and due to the times I have inspected a number of homes on their behalf.... With suitable homes doing over the phone Face-Time inspections. We got close on a couple of occasions but we ended up going back to the very first home we inspected, in Hodgson Vale. It was a fabulous team effort. I had mentioned to our sales team I had a buyer that needed something very specific - a giant shed. Scotty mentioned he may have something suitable coming up. The property was sold off market, meaning there were no marketing cost for the seller, and a seamless process for Neville and Gemma. @ Hodgson Vale #GiantShed #carcollection

03.01.2022 A SPECIAL CLIENT REVIEW I would like to say a Huge THANK YOU, to Brendan... ... I needed a bigger house and had been in my current house for 14 years. We put in an offer on a place and it didn’t get accepted. Brendan then came to my current house and asked if I had ever considered extending on my house. I showed him some plans that I had already had drawn up and he then recommended a builder for me to get a quote. This was really very unexpected as usually real estate agents are about the commission on a sale. However I found Brendan to be a great help and we ended up going with the builder he suggested! Since then I have had Brendan come look at my house to see the progress and to get a market estimate on the property!! All of his own back and at no expense! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED & very GRATEFUL!!
