14.01.2022 Successful trip to Gladstone to fight on Beast Championship on Saturday where we both won our Title fights. Kyle moved up to Light weight where he won his fight by TKO early in the 1st round and became the Beast Lightweight Champion. Brodie also got the finish in the first round by submission with a rear naked choke to become the Featherweight Champion. ... 12.01.2022 WHOS KEEN FOR JUNIOR MMA IN INNISFAIL? On the 11th of October, day after the NQ BJJ AUTUMN CUP we’re considering running a NQ MMA JUNIOR CHAMPIONSHIP!!!!!!! This will be for kids 10- 15 yrs old, modified rules and padded event. ... One thing we now for certain is the only way to get experience in MMA is to get matches. We want to provide a safe and enjoyable platform for kids in NQ to gain valuable experience in MMA to have them in a better position to be competitive once old enough to compete on adult shows. From lack of opportunity to fight MMA we have competed in Boxing, Muay Thai etc. to gain ring experience and are hoping to change this for the youth in NQ. 09.01.2022 Kyle moves to 8-0 MMA last night taking the Junior Beast Fighting Federation Title Belt. Thanks Caleb for stepping up and giving Kyle a match. Brodie got two Sub only matches against two great opponents where he managed to get a submission before the time limit in both matches. Thank you to Beast Fighting Federation for putting us on your show. Everyone in Gladstone made us feel really welcome and we had a great time. Can’t wait to come back and do it again in April.

09.01.2022 Massive thank you to all the clubs, competitors and parents who made the trip to support our comp yesterday in Innisfail the NQ BJJ WINTER CUP. The atmosphere was amazing and we saw some very exciting matches displaying the high level of Jiu-Jitsu right here in NQ. All the competitors showed great sportsmanship and were a great reflection on their clubs. Everyone contributed to making it a successful day. ...
