14.01.2022 Self-Employed hack #2 - make sure you have a plan to pay your tax, GST, etc. Simple tip - setup a separate bank account called tax and figure how much you need to throw in there after you’ve paid your bills.

14.01.2022 It’s awesome to have big goals. What I find is most people struggle to achieve their goals because they don’t set micro goals that give them small wins, confidence , etc. Set 90 day micro goals with your big ones.

03.01.2022 Small business owners who are looking to grow and have more flexibility - The simple answer to this questions is hiring people to do the roles you suck at (or don't want to do) so you can focus on the things you are great at! Too often I see small business owners pay someone to help them, but they dont take the time to understand the basic principles of the job they're hiring for - in my case its the money side / financials of the business and how it all plays out over time (...profit/loss, balance sheet, cash flow, etc.) My advice is to have a fundamental understanding of your business pillars (financials, marketing, operations, etc) so you you can measure whether the person you hire to help you is actually doing a decent job.
